FocusCheck provides a simple, at-home visual acuity screening chart for informational use.
Your answers, calibration setting, and score are calculated in your browser. This page does not send them to a server, save them after the page is closed, or use them to create a medical record. Do not enter personal or health details; the test does not ask for them.
This test does not request camera access and does not collect photos.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, visitor counts, and site performance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not collect or use personal data about visitors. Your chart answers, calibration setting, and score remain in your browser and are not sent by the analytics beacon. No advertising is currently configured. Read Cloudflare Web Analytics details.
This is a screening aid, not a diagnosis or a substitute for an eye examination. The result may be affected by screen calibration, viewing distance, lighting, and other factors. Do not use it to choose glasses or contact lenses.
